ViNa Gourmet Ville in Laoag City for the 18th National Mango Congress
The National Mango Congress is an annual gathering of the country's mango stakeholders. The 18th Congress opens today, March 15, 2016 at Laoag City in Ilocos Norte. The theme for this year is: "Seizing climate change opportunities for the mango industry and breaking down market menace through an empowered mango stakeholders backed by sustainable policies and strategies."
The Congress serves as the venue for mango growers and stakeholders to discuss pertinent issues affecting the industry. This year's participants can look forward to informative seminars and realted activities. There is also ample opportunities for everyone to expand their business networks, and avail of new technologies.
The prestigious event is organized jointly by the Ilocos Norte Federation of Mango Association and the Philippines Mango Industry Foundation. The Congress ends on March 17, 2016.
